Vistaar is a programme which works as a knowledge and resource sharing wing for organizations, institutions and groups on capacity building processes. Vistaar also creates information, education and communication materials for organizations on social issues. Enabling other organizations in the eco system to build a sustainable step on youth issues is the core aim of Vistaar.
